Ask a Question-
My speakers all the sudden will not turn up. I've went into my phone and made sure my media volume limit isn't the problem. What can I do to fix it
Since you have already ruled out your phone's media volume limit, try these steps to get your PDWRBT46BK speakers turning up again:
Check the Active Speaker's Physical Knob: Look at the back of the active speaker (the one plugged into power). There is a physical rotary volume dial there. Make sure it wasn't accidentally bumped down to a low level.
Forget and Re-pair Bluetooth: On your phone, go to your Bluetooth settings, select the Pyle connection, and choose "Forget Device" or "Unpair." Turn your phone's Bluetooth off and back on, then reconnect to the speakers. This resets the audio streaming handshake between the two devices.
Power Cycle the Speakers: Unplug the speaker system's power adapter from the wall outlet completely. Leave it unplugged for about 60 seconds to clear the built-in amplifier's memory, then plug it back in and test.
Test a Different Device: Try connecting a different phone, tablet, or computer to the speakers via Bluetooth. If the volume works fine on another device, the issue is a software setting or audio balance glitch on your original phone.
