The wood splits

"The guitar I know isn't professional but it shouldn't be splitting the way that it is , and the strings are so far away from the frets . It's very poorly designed and made , no effort was put into making this . And it suck's because my son loves it but I'll have to get an outer one already, it's going to completely break any day now on its own . This isn't a durable guitar , it's a shame I had such high hopes and expectations."

"I bought this for my daughter. In terms of materials you get what you paid for in a beginner's guitar. Durable, smooth, and look beautifully made. It's great for kids ages 5 and up. The sound is clear and crisp. As a beginner (to guitar) and listening to my daughter playing I can't find anything wrong with the sound. Came with accessories for tuning. Which I like since I was trying to figure out different sounds for her to play around with. It's too small for an adult hand. I am definitely considering getting my own beginner's guitar from Pyle"
