When I try to connect Bluetooth to my phone it says it can't connect. The manual does not include any pairing instructions.

If your PHPD212A appears in your phone's Bluetooth list but shows "Can't Connect", try the following steps:

1. Turn the speaker on and make sure it is in Bluetooth mode.
2. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings, select the PHPD212A (or "PYLE" if that's how it appears), and choose Forget/Unpair.
3. Turn Bluetooth off and back on again on your phone.
4. Power the speaker off, wait about 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
5. Scan for devices again and select the speaker to pair.
6. If prompted for a PIN, try 0000 or 1234.

If the speaker does not appear in the Bluetooth list at all, make sure it is not already connected to another phone or tablet nearby, as many Bluetooth speakers can only maintain one active connection at a time.

If you've never paired it successfully before, try connecting with a different phone to determine whether the issue is with the speaker or your current device.

How do I control the volume on the speaker while in Bluetooth mode I can only turn down so far with my phone volume up down just changes my music songs?also the dj buttons are very loud they wont turn down ?
