Because it handles its power, inputs, and outputs simultaneously, getting the connections right depends entirely on what device you are using to record or stream.

1. Connecting to a PC or Laptop (The Easiest Setup)

When connecting to a computer, you only need one single cable because the USB port handles power, microphone input, and speaker output all at once.

• The Connection: Take the included USB data cable. Plug the small end into the Charging / Power / OTG port on the back of the PKSCRD208, and the standard USB end into your computer.

• Turn it On: Press and hold the POWER button until the indicator light illuminates.

• Computer Settings: Your computer will automatically detect the unit without needing external drivers. Open your audio settings (or software like Zoom, Audacity, or OBS) and select "HiFi Audio" or "Speakers / Microphone (HiFi Audio)" as both your input device and output device.

2. Connecting to a Smartphone or Tablet (For Mobile Streaming)

To stream or record directly into an iPhone, iPad, or Android device, you must route your audio through the dedicated live broadcasting lines.

• The Connection: Take one of the included 3.5mm-to-MicroUSB (or Type-C) audio cables. Plug the small end into the LIVE 1 or LIVE 2 port on the mixer. Plug the headphone jack end into your phone (use an official Apple or Android dongle adaptor if your phone doesn't have a headphone jack).

• The Background Music (Optional): If you want to play backing tracks from a second phone or tablet, plug another audio cable into the Accompany Instrument port and connect it to your music source.

• Alternative Wireless Music: Instead of a cable, you can turn on Bluetooth by short-pressing the POWER button until a green light flashes. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and pair with "PyleBT" to stream backing tracks wirelessly.

3. Plugging in your Audio Gear

Once the mixer is hooked up to your computer or phone, map your peripherals into the remaining rear ports:

• Microphones: Plug a standard handheld vocal microphone into the Dynamic Mic ($1/4 ext{"}$) jack, or a studio streaming microphone into the Condenser Mic (3.5mm) jack.

• Listening: Plug your headphones or desktop gaming speakers into the Earphone Speaker or Headset jack.

🎛️ Audio Control Quick Tip: If your audience says they can't hear you, or if you can't hear yourself, check the physical dial knobs on the faceplate. Ensure the MIC volume knob is turned up to at least 75%, and the MONITOR knob (which controls your headphone volume) is balanced to your comfort level.
