  • Hello! I've only owned my Adjustable Chair Seat Stool PKST70 for only about 3 months now. Just been rehearsing at home for my live upcoming tour around Nev. and Nor-Cal coming up soon....Long story short - I wasn't using my chair in any other way or manner than it should be used for tonight and the whole foot rest bracket broke off. I was shocked because I was only practicing in a normal capacity. I bought this chair through El Dorado Hills Music in El Dorado Hills, CA. as they are a seller of your line. Can you please warranty me this part quickly? I need the whole foot rest bracket (that attaches with the nut and bolt onto the chair riser). That bracket completely broke away from the chair upright. Please let me know how I can get a new one. I'll call you in about 30 minutes.I have live shows coming up soon...and I totally love this chair!
