I can’t get the Bluetooth to work. And I do not know how to get it in pairing mode once it is hardwired.

The PLMRBT33WT should automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode when powered on if it is not already connected to another device. There is usually no separate pairing button.

How do you connect to your phone?

To connect your phone to the PLMRBT33WT marine receiver, you just need to put the unit into Bluetooth pairing mode.

The Pairing Process

1.Switch to Bluetooth Mode:Step 1.

Turn on the marine receiver and press the MODE button on the front panel until the display reads "BT" or "BT DISC" (Bluetooth Disconnected).

2.Open Phone Settings:Step 2.

Go to your smartphone's Settings menu and open the Bluetooth options. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is toggled ON.

3.Search for Devices:Step 3.

Look at the list of "Available Devices" or "Other Devices" on your phone. Tap on the device named "Pyle" or "PLMRBT33WT" to initiate the connection.

4.Enter the PIN:Step 4.

If your phone prompts you for a password or PIN to complete the pairing, type in 0000 (four zeros) and hit enter.

Connection Note: Once successfully paired, the display on the receiver will change to "BT CON" or stop flashing, and your phone will list it as "Connected for audio." The receiver will automatically reconnect to your phone every time you turn the boat's power on in the future, as long as your phone's Bluetooth remains enabled.

I cannot get the speakers to go in Bluetooth mode. It’s not discoverable at all. I’ve tried holding down the power, mode, and all combinations of the 3. Please help! Just lights but there is no connection

The Pyle PLMRBT33WT marine speakers are designed to automatically drop straight into Bluetooth pairing mode the second they are powered on—provided they aren’t actively locked onto another device. There is no secret button mash or long-press combination needed to make it discoverable; if the lights are on but the name isn't showing up on your phone, the system's internal receiver is locked up or trapped.
