One of the screw heads for the bottom plates stripped off when I was assembling. Where can I get a replacement screw? Thank you.
The specific replacement hardware you need for the PLPTS38 bottom plates is a standard M5 screw.
I have purchased a Pyle Model: PLPTS38 and its a little on the flimsy side. Can I purchase a couple of extra Cross Rod/Extention Rods to see if that helps, and if so what is the part number and can I order them off Amazon, If not where?
The PLPTS38 stand does not have extra cross rods or extension rods sold separately. The parts are not available to order on Amazon or directly as replacement pieces.

Solid St with Minor Adjustments Needed
"After reading some reviews on , I was afraid my package wouldn't come with all the needed parts. Deciding this was 's shipping issues and not PyleUSA issues, I decided to get the PLPTS38 and try it out. It arrived and I had no issues, all the parts were there and it was simple to follow the picture instructions and put it together. There are a couple of customizable height and width adjustments that can be made, I like that. The only downside was the knobs pictured were larger than the thumb screws my stand came with, so a teeny bit more dexterity was needed, but it won't interfere with the functionality of the stand, so it's less than a minor issue, more an annoyance than an issue. I know y'all want me to say I'll recommend this product, and I might, but I won't know if I would or not until I have used it and ran into anything that might cause me to think less of this stand. I do think, at this point, I would recommend it, and I hope nothing happens to change that. Overall, I think I may look to PyleUSA for stands if needed in the future."
