    • Can these replace OEM 2018 KIA Forte rear speakers?

      The PLPW6D is a Subwoofer and can not replace a full range speaker.

    • I received 3 of these and the description said they are push button connections. The boxes and pictures on the boxes showed push button connections, but the product inside was spade terminals????? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Also. Can you explain the two sets of terminals/ how to connect them and what difference it will make to connect both sets. Thanks.

      These speakers have already been updated to use spade connectors and the reason it has 2 sets of terminals is it uses dual voice coils where you have an option to do a parallel connection or series connection

    • I am a little confused by the published specs for this speaker. 1. What type of connectors are on this speaker- spade ( dimensions?) or push-to -insert? 2. What are the mounting holes and diameters? Some info show 4 others 8 holes! 3. What is the Magnet weight and diameter/thickness? Data sheet says both 30 and 20 oz.! 4. What is the voice coil diameter? Data sheet says 1.5 " 4 layer and 1 " ??. 5. What is the frequency response? Data sheet says 70-60 K Hz, but curve shows resonance at about 55 Hz! 6.     • I ordered 2 of these speakers from Amazon and they showed up with plastic baskets. I wouldn't be concerned if I knew they were plastic but I was expecting a higher quality product. I also can't find the recommended box size, can you please send me this specification

      There is no specific box size recommended for the speaker but you can check Amazon for subwoofer boxes for 6"

    • Why is there 2 different hook up on the speaker and which one do I plug up?

      You can hook up a DVC (Dual Voice Coil) speaker in three ways:

      • Single voice coil connection (using only one coil)

      • Parallel connection (both coils wired in parallel)

      • Series connection (both coils wired in series)
