A few months ago I bought this pair (PMKS56X2) from Amazon.ca. I only needed one and I figured I'd have a spare one if something happened to the one I am using. This week, the occasion to use them in a pair arose and I opened the second box but to my surprise there are missing parts for this second one. Indeed the locking bolt whit the black button for the center hub of the three feet is missing along with the metal part that's inside the black plastic collar on wich the bolt threads on. Of course it's way too late to file a request for replacement with Amazon but I'm wondering if these parts are available for purchase for your company? Hello! I purchased this stand through Amazon and I noticed it did not come with any sort of safety/care instructions. It's quite a beautiful gadget but there are parts that i'm not quite sure what the function is. Thanks!
