  • I am running OSX Monterey, and the OS makes a sound when I connect the mixer but it does not show up as a MIDI device. How do I download the driver?

    If it does not run automatically. Try to manually activate by going to the sound setting and look for JeiLi BR17 as the external sound card. Choose this as the default Input / Output device

  • Why do the audio levels not register on the gauge? The power lights are on, but the lights above those two do not come on unless I bang the mic really hard. It would be helpful if it was far more sensitive.

    Are the gain levels properly set to 11 - 12 O'clock? 
    Set all EQ knobs to 12"Oclock
    input volume to a desired level

  • How can I get this mixer to work in Linux? My Linux distro is MX Linux 21, Debian based distro running Debian 11. If you need more system information, I will answer any questions. I have a Blue Snowball USB microphone that is currently working for my podcasting and vo work, without any issues at all. However, when I try to use my other 3 XLR Condenser microphones connected through a PMXU63BT mixer, to the USB cable connecting to the PC. I know that the mixer is working fine because it will work on Windows 10. I need to get this working asap under Linux because I am never going back to Windows.

    Try going through the audio settings on your PC to manually sync the mixer to PC. Look for Jieli Br17 and set it as you default input and output device

    This unit needs a powered speakers or need to use an amplifier

    For multitrack we do not have

    The PMXU63BT works well with audacity but you can try other software if it will be compatible.

  • Is the [SEND & RETURN] Socket Mono send & return or stereo? My effects is stereo and normally you would send a stereo signal

    It is a stereo. as you mentioned it is intended for sound processor which will come out on the left and right channels.

  • Greetings. I have purchased two of your devices (per below), and wish to know what type of driver/software needs to be downloaded for running on a Windows 10/11 Dell Laptop.     The unit is supposedly Plug and play. It should automatically install the necessary driver to run on windows.

    Incase if did not automatically activate please go through the audio settings on your PC.

  • Is there a list of the 16 built-in DSP effects? The manual indicates that there are 16 to choose from but does not list them.

    It is actually one type of effects only it is Delay Reverb combination with 16 different time delay intervals

  • Can you use a 1/4” to XLR adapter on the output? I tried using a balanced 1/4 to XLR and got no sound. Should I use an unbalanced 1/4 to XLR.

    Yes, however, the output may differ instead using XLR type connector microphone.

  • Everything seems to be working, except the Bluetooth sound period we can use the controller to play or forward the Bluetooth song so it’s clearly connected, but no sound is coming out period

    Make sure your Bluetooth device is fully charged or plugged in, and is within range of the mixer.
    Make sure the mixer is connected to a speaker or an amplifier, and the volume is turned up.
    Make sure the Bluetooth channel on the mixer is selected and the volume is adjusted.
    Try turning off and on your Bluetooth device, the mixer, and the Bluetooth settings on your device.
    Try unpairing and pairing your Bluetooth device again with the mixer.
    Try using a different Bluetooth device and see if the problem persists.
