Why do the audio levels not register on the gauge? The power lights are on, but the lights above those two do not come on unless I bang the mic really hard. It would be helpful if it was far more sensitive.

How can I get this mixer to work in Linux? My Linux distro is MX Linux 21, Debian based distro running Debian 11. If you need more system information, I will answer any questions. I have a Blue Snowball USB microphone that is currently working for my podcasting and vo work, without any issues at all. However, when I try to use my other 3 XLR Condenser microphones connected through a PMXU63BT mixer, to the USB cable connecting to the PC. I know that the mixer is working fine because it will work on Windows 10. I need to get this working asap under Linux because I am never going back to Windows.
Try going through the audio settings on your PC to manually sync the mixer to PC. Look for Jieli Br17 and set it as you default input and output device

i keep getting a whistling static noise from speakers during and after playback? i have checked all my cables. first month sound was perfect then all of a sudden when i hook my studio monitors i get the whistle static noise. hooked up my monitors to an M-Audio Air and no static.

The PMXU63BT works well with audacity but you can try other software if it will be compatible.

Is the [SEND & RETURN] Socket Mono send & return or stereo? My effects is stereo and normally you would send a stereo signal
It is a stereo. as you mentioned it is intended for sound processor which will come out on the left and right channels.
