    Questions & Answers

    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    Ask a Question
    • I received my speaker today and when I try to sing with it like karaoke, it cuts in and out. I am within 10 feet. What is the problem be?

If your PNX6WPBK is cutting in and out during karaoke even at close range, the issue is usually related to the wireless microphone connection or signal interference, not the speaker itself.

Here are the most common causes and fixes:

First, check the microphone batteries. Weak batteries are the #1 cause of dropouts, even when the mic still powers on.

Next, make sure there is nothing blocking or interfering with the signal path. Even though 10 feet is close, interference can still happen from:

      • WiFi routers
      • Other Bluetooth devices
      • Metal objects between mic and speaker

      Also confirm:

      • The mic is fully paired or locked to the correct channel (if it has channels)
      • You are not pointing the mic directly at the speaker (this can cause feedback cut/limiting on some systems)
      • The speaker volume and mic volume are balanced (if mic gain is too low or too high, it can sound like cutting out)

If the issue happens with only the microphone but Bluetooth music is stable, then the mic itself or its wireless module is likely the problem.

      A quick test:

      • Try another microphone (if available)
      • Or test the included mic in a different environment
