QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
Hello, I purchased the PP999 on Amazon to use with a Kenwood KD-37R turntable as pre-amp to connect to a SONOS Port and that to connect to a SONOS Beam and surround sound unit. There is on sound coming out of the inline unit and the SONOS diagnostic shows there is a signal being received. I have run the turntable RCA cord to the line in on the pre amp and the run the RCA from the preamp out to the SONOS Port in. The port is supposed to send the signal wirelessly to the beam. The SONOS diagnostic tech thinks it could be a pre amp issue since a signal is being produced between the Port and the Beam but no sound is coming out. Do you have any solutions? Thanks!
If you have a receiver amplifier you can test the preamp on that or otherwise return it for a replacement.
