This question has been asked before, but I do not see an actual answer. We just bought this brand new, plugged it in, tested the mics and everything worked. The next day we bring it out to actually use it and the mics do not work. No connection. Nothing. So the entire reason we bought this speaker/system is null and void.

How long does the unit perform fully charged?
Battery Charge Time: About 8 Hours

Just plugged it in, charging light came on, then faded, then flashed and went out. Is that normal? How will I know when it's charged? Thanks

I just received this to use for my daughter’s wedding. Microphone B isn’t working (yellow light on the back of the speaker for microphone B). Very frustrated and hoping you can help.

What is the difference between the PPHP1299WU and the PPHP1299WU.5? The specs seem to be the same - but the prices are different.
They are just the same. with just a minor internal upgrade. But feature-wise they are the same
