  • PPHP1537UB and need to know if you have troubleshooting manaul. LED display is night lighting up so you can see what you are doing no backlight. also.can A wiring diagram to make sure not missing wires or hooked up correctly. no sound and followed each step. Even when i am trying to use the fm radio. hit previous and next button to raise and lower volume and still nothing.checked fuse looks ok and tested it and it is fine. and i did not get a remote when i bought it. so what can i do.Please and thank you.

  • No sound at all coming out of the pphp1537ub . Tried Bluetooth, microphone, radio. Its linked vía Bluetooth because it can skip songs from back panel. Controller we can put volume to max . But no sound at all. Is there a mute button or factory reset mode?

    Please check the remote, it has a mute button.
