    Press the mode button and locate the BLUETOOTH mode. Also, charge the unit for 4-6hours or until fully charged.

  • My grandchildren are experiencing "Static" when trying to use the PPHP1544B for karaoke sessions. And they also are reporting to me that the speaker sounds "Muffled" when music is playing for the karaoke use. One of the speakers is giving my one daughter and her children difficulty connecting via Bluetooth to their television. I believe it is a Vizio 4K HDR Smart TV. Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks, John

    Remove all the Bluetooth history on the TV and try to reconnect to the unit.

    Also, check all inputs if it having the same problem. If so, please contact the reseller of the unit for warranty options.

  • How do you tune in the FM Radio stations? There aren't any instructions for this in the Manual. Thanks, John

    Press the mode button to select FM, and then you can press the play pause button to scan all radio stations. Once you have done scanning you can now search using the NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons to locate the station you want to listen to but you can not assign your favorite station
