Where can I find detailed user info????? The user manual that came with the unit is pitiful! On the Amazon page where I ordered the unit and others asked questions, you repeatedly told them to refer to your website for more complete info. I’m not seeing anything. Please advise where these details are on your website!

My 5V/2A type C cable cord broke, I need a new cord to charge speaker.. Regular C cords do not work.. I have the PPHP1548B speaker.

How do you get the USB port and remote (tried installing a new battery) to work?
To get the USB port to work you need to press the mode button and choose USB
how do I set radio stations
Press the mode button to select FM, and then you can press the play pause button to scan all radio stations. Once you have done scanning you can now search using the NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons to locate the station you want to listen to but you can not assign your favorite station.
How long will a full charge last on batter power?
Approximately an hour depending on the usage

Charge the unit using the USB cable that came with it.

There is no option to turn the lights off

Why is my mode changing on its own? How do I master reset?
check the mode button it may be stuck
can i use a wireless microphone with this? any specifics I need to know?
