We need to add two more microphone to our PPHP1599WU. Which microphones should we order?
The PPHP1599WU speaker system has a built-in wireless receiver that only supports a maximum of two wireless microphones simultaneously on its fixed VHF frequencies. You cannot add two more wireless microphones to that internal system because they will conflict and cut each other out.
To add two more microphones to your setup, you need to purchase an external dual-microphone system (either wired or wireless) and plug its receiver base directly into one of the 1/4" Microphone Input jacks located on the back control panel of the speaker.

How do you change radio channels?
For the Pyle PPHP1599WU, you change FM radio stations using the tuning controls (not fixed channel buttons).

I've replaced batteries in the remote 3 times, but the unit does not respond at all. What to do?
If you have replaced the batteries three times and the unit still does not respond, the issue is likely a blocked infrared (IR) sensor, a system freeze on the speaker's display module, or a defective remote control handset
First, ensure you are aiming the remote directly at the digital LCD screen on the back panel of the speaker, as this is where the IR receiver sensor is located. Make sure there is a clear line of sight and no dirt or plastic film covering that display area.
Next, perform a hardware reset on the speaker's media module. Turn the main power switch off, unplug the AC power cable from the wall, and wait about 60 seconds. While it is unplugged, press and hold the power button on the remote control for 10 seconds to drain any residual power from the handset. Plug the speaker back in, turn it on, and try using the remote again.
If the speaker still fails to respond but you can control everything normally using the physical MP3 buttons on the back panel, the remote control itself has suffered an internal hardware failure and needs to be replaced.

Hello Pyle USA,
A customer of mine is interested in this product for small events. I'm not an experienced A/V person, and they wanted to know if this system is capable of connecting to a computer for live-streaming these events. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

My school has purchased one of these units. The microphones connect and transmit sound for only a few seconds before stopping transmission and the sound stops. UHF Power is activated and the microphones both have fresh batteries. One microphone reads Ch 146 606.02 and the other reads Ch 068 600.85. How can we fix this issue?
It is a possible frequency interference that you are experiencing. You might need to use a different microphone frequency. you can try this

Have used this for 2 events, flawlessly, but now the battery doesn't seem to be working. It registers as being full but only works when plugged in and both the Power & charge switch ON. Plugged in, power by itself is not enough to run, it drops out and turns off. I have tried charging the battery for 8+ hours and it reads as full, but the charge light does not go out and it actually will not power up with battery alone. How do I troubleshoot?
