Just received the new unit. The remote doesn’t operate the unit. Yes I removed the plastic piece from the remote battery compartment prior to trying the use the unit
The remote control for this unit is currently not available. Please contact the seller for a replacement
How can I get a new mother board for this unit?
We do not send motherboards as parts. You need to send the unit in for repair
How adjust the equalizer
We checked the listing and the instructions but there was no information about the EQ function. But if you try pressing the EQ button and the sound quality changes. That would mean that there is a built-in preset EQ. Like ROCK, POP, JAZZ, ETC. If there is no reaction when you press the button. then it would mean that it only has a FLAT EQ settings.
How do you get the battery level indicator lights to come on? or How do you find out how much charge is left in the battery?
Once the charging cable is connected the charging indicator will begin flashing. As soon as the battery is full you will see a steady light
Can this device play music while it’s charging?
The charging connector on the board broke off , how do I get a new circuit board?

I just bought this speaker about a month ago and where you plug the charger in to charge it pushed thro the front panel how can i get a replacment oanle for it
If the Socket for the power charger went in. It needs to be sent for repair to get it fixed. However, you can consult a local tech to fix it
Good afternoon, I have this product and I just opened it and am reviewing it, but when I connect to the machine via BT, it connects normally, but when I put on some music, it is not heard, is it a failure or do you have to make any adjustments?
Make sure the mode button is pressed and the screen is showing Bluetooth. and raise the volume we recommend placing the volume on your mobile device to maximum and slowly raise the volume on the speaker system
Will not connect to any phone I just bought it I did the steps says Bluetooth is on
Press the mode button on the front panel of the speakers and locate the BLUE mode, the try and connect the device used.
Both of my Bluetooth speakers shuts off and on

Why is my speaker giving me so much distortion when I plug a mic cord in? It’s horrible and even on lowest sound the buzzing is atrocious. These mics works great with my big sound system and they should work with this one as the jack is the same. Help!
Try to use different microphone for the unit.

Approximately about an hour depending on how loud the speaker plays

Please check if there is a top hat speaker pole mount on the bottom of the unit
i bought one of these but there is a constant static no matter how im connected
