      Please make sure all the speaker wires are properly connected and all speakers are working.
      Turn the input knob to  the desired input state 
      Also ensure the input device is also properly connected to the receiver

    • Every time I turn the power off all of the presets that I have adjusted return to default settings. Is there a way to retain my settings?

    • Can I control two separate pairs of speakers. Each pair will be in a separate room. I need to be able to adjust each room volume independently.

      This unit only has one volume control and can not control 2 sets of speaker separately

    • Do I set it to 120v or do I leave it at 240v when plugged in a 120 outlet ?

      You need to set it to 120V

    • Can I connect a cd player to this unit?

      Yes, you can connect CD

      The unit is not equipped with a Phono preamp

    • How do I pair a wireless microphone to my amplifier?

      Simply plug in the microphone receiver to the Mic input jack of the PREA90WBT. Put some batteries into the microphone and have them all turned on.

    • I just about this unit and can not get the tv sound to come out through this unit. What is wrong?

      Try to use the optical digital output. set up audio settings of the TV to PCM or optical digital output as default audio out

    • I see there are 2 sides of EQ adjustments. Does the left side control certain speakers and the right side certain speakers? Or how does that work? And where is the control implemented, inside the amp or at the speakers?

      Left EQ is for the Left Channel and the Right EQ is for the Right Channel

    • If I connect a 1000 watt surround sound system via HDMI to this amp. will I still end up with 1600 watts or 2600? And I am still trying to get a accurate watts per channel output with a 1600 watt peak output.

      It does not add up the wattage by connecting it via HDMI.
      RMS watts per Channel will be 130Watts per Channel

    • Watts per channel? Does the one SW output on the left rear have watts or is it for a POWERED Sub? And on the speaker outputs on the right, hpw many watts per channel/speaker? This is important because I play music loud and I want it clear and no rattling or distortion.

      130 Watts per channel RMS. It is equal power output and all channels are equal.

    • Hi, I purchased your PREA90WBT unit today. I connected my PC to the unit using HDMI-IN. I connected the unit to my TV using HDMI-OUT. I connected my speakers using the speaker output connectors. I'd like to route the HDMI-IN video to the HDMI-OUT port and I'd like to route the HDMI-IN audio to the speaker output connectors. Can you please advise me on how to perform this configuration? Thank you, Gene

      Plug the computer to the HDMI in and HDMI out to your TV. Then, on the front set the mode to HDMI. This way, it will send the video to your TV and the audio will come out from your speaker.

    • I just purchased this item from Amazon on 18 May and received it today. How can I get the left and right equalizers to function?

      once you connect an input device,  the equalizer will function right away.

    • How do you unsaved radio channels?

      Just re do the Scan proceedure

    • Where do I plug turntable into this? The turntable itself already has its own phono pre amp so that’s not an issue. But where do the input wires go?
