My wall charger no longer works. It just stopped working and I am unable to charge the scooter. This must be a defect in the charger cord or something I need it replaced.

Hello, I bought a charger with you guys and it worked only for one day. It has been more than a week that I used my old charger. I will need a replacement charger because the one I got from you keeps showing light yellow and red instead of one steady color. I charged my scooter for more than 5 hours but the battery dot hasn’t moved. It moves with the old broken charger.
