When is this remote (PT588AB) going to be in stock?

We don't have an update or an ETA when this will be back in stock

WE purchased the PT588AB Audio unit last year and now the remote is not working. We installed new batteries and still nothing. I see you have the remote available for sale but it is out of stock. How do we go about getting a remote for this unit. The unit is in my classroom so it is important that we have access to all the features utilizing the remote. Please let me know how to proceed with getting this remote. Thank you

I just bought this replacement remote. How do you get it to pair with the receiver????? There is no manual or instructions or downloads.

I've just bought one from Amazon that looks exactly like the one shown labeled as for Plye PT588AB and it doesn't work. Years ago when I bought the Pyle PT588AB I contacted Plye about a remote and was told there were no replacements. So I ordered one from Remotes R Us and they sent me a universal that they said would fully control my device. They were right except for one thing. The original remote is needed to activate the blue tooth. And after a few months of using the remote, I found out that it did not have the paring button to use BlueTooth on the Pyle PT588AB. It is a great receiver and still works and I'm still trying to find the remote with the pairing button that will allow me to activate the BT. Since this looks exactly like the one I just bought (that doesn't work) and before I spend $31 can you assure me that this remote will work (including pairing BT)? BTW, neither remotes look like the remote in the user's manual.

I've plugged Amazon Fire srick into hdmi1, with hdmi Out to TV. Can't get Fire stick remote to control volume, can you help?

There is no universal remote that will work on this TV.
