  • I bought 2 robot vacuums through Amazon. On both vacuums the batteries were bad and you replaced one battery but I need another battery for the other vacuum. How I go about doing it?

  • The product wont Start…. I have instaled the battery correctly, fully charged the battery , but I dont know how to reset the robot, please help me!
