      The voice prompt has a fixed volume level. there is no option to turn it down

I can't find the cord that was provided and would like information on the correct cord and procedure to recharge the battery from a regular AC outlet. Is it correct that one end of the cord to charge the battery would go into #14, the Power input?

      There is no option to connect them both together. but you can try to open both speakers and see if the phone can pair on both speakers at the same time.

      The initial charge will be 4 to 8 hours. 1 to 2 hours of use

      If Charge light is flashing it is still charging. If it go's steady or changed color it is fully charged

      No. The unit only works 1 device at a time.

      It looks like there is an issue with the Bluetooth receiver. please check your warranty options
