    Faulty device/ broke in outlet 4months later with no resolve

    "1) Customer service is super SLOW to respond and did not resolve my issue. 2) Device broke within 4 months of use. Prong came off in outlet and still awaiting a resolution. 3) while it worked it was great and did stabilize temperature. Would but again BUT maybe from a DIFFERENT SUPPLIER unless we can come to an agreement."
