How do I tell when they are done charging
The indication was not mentioned for the full charge but it is solid Green while charging

I am having technical issues with my player. Are there system updates available? If my flextreme has crashed, no longer plays. What are the best settings when trying to reformat? How can reset or troubleshoot the player? Can you wipe everything off of the player and reload the necessary correct drivers, other applications?
There is no necessary software upgrade to be done. what you just need to do is to reformat the headset and reload your music files

Does the green light always flash when the product is on? How do you know if the shuffle feature is on except for remembering what order the songs where on? It seems when I try to press the play button and the fastforward it just ends up pausing or shutting down.
the green light do really flash especially when playing a music. to optimize the controls gently press the buttons to get responsive controls.
