Are the signals or sound coming out of the Front speaker outputs different from Surround outputs? And the Subwoofer output, is it different signal or sound than Front and Surround?
surround speakers have delay effect and sub output only produce low frequency

After setting up this amplifier with my karaoke system, all music and video systems are working. But the microphone has no voice coming out. It works with the karaoke system.
Make sure the microphone is securely plugged into the mic port. Check if the mic volume is up

When I try to switch to MONO mode I always get an error. The display says ERROR for a moment and remains in stereo mode. I have experienced this with several different input types. Do I have a bad receiver (it’s brand new today)?
If it happens to all modes, you may need to request for a replacement unit

I just purchased this amplifier on Amazon, but when hooking it up there is no signal to the speakers on any channel.
If you have checked all the speakers and wiring and set up the right mode but still don't get any sound. Please coordinate with the seller if the transaction is still within 30 days from the time the unit has been purchased and get a replacement

I have three different sets of speakers. Can I just connect their bare wires to this system? What do the letters on those six speaker connections mean?
FR > Front Right
FL > Front Left
SL > Surround Left
SR > Surround Right
CEN > Center
SW > Subwoofer -
does this unit have seprate volume control for each pair of speakers hooked up to it also what is the configureation the speakers you can play ( a,b,c, or a,b or a,c or b,c ) does it work that way?
There is a way to select the channel that you want to control the volume through the CH Vol

I've recently purchased a PT6060CHAE via Amazon. I tried to connect my TV's HDMI Arc to the HDMI input (and selected HD as input selection) but nothing happened. Have I done something wrong? Other inputs work fine. Thanks for your help.
The PT6060CHAE does not have an ARC feature. But you can check your TV HDMI settings if the ARC feature is on and activated

what input channel do you put this on, to connect to the TV, I have tried HD with HD cable, and then i have tried the optical cord.
Through Optical and make sure to go to your TV's Audio Settings to select PCM and Optical to select as default audio output

how do I connect HDMI output from FireTV cube/Apple TV 4k to this? when I connect the HDMI out from the streaming device to HDMI input of my PT6060CHAE and connect the HDMI output to my TV - it is not working. how do i use HDMI on my PT6060CHAE model? do you have a detailed manual/video on setup?
The FireTV is not compatible with our unit.

Is the same to connect SW to the "Subwoofer Output" with 1 RCA than to connect it to the "Speakers Output 2 RCA SW" ? What is the difference?

There is a "channel volume control" knob on the front panel. What's it for? Can I adjust volume of each channel/speaker individually? Or can I turn the 2 front speakers louder without changing the volume of other speakers?
The unit doesn't have a separate volume control for each speaker channel.

What is the pinout for the microphone connectors? It appears to be 1/4", is it a mono TS jack, a stereo TRS jack, or a balanced audio TRS? Will a standard dynamic microphone with an appropriate XLR1/4" cable work?
You can use a both TS and TRS jack since this unit has an option to toggle the output to mono or stereo.

All the speakers work except subwoofer
If the Subwoofer is Active use the RCA Subwoofer output.
If passive use the SW binding postred and black -
I just bought this amplifier last week, When I try to use the optical input, all I get out of the speakers is distortion. I used the optical on my previous amplifier with no issues.
if the optical input is properly selected. then ther should be an issue with the optical reader

how do I use the channel volume button?
Press the Channel volume button to choose which particular channel you wish to increase or decrease volume using the multi-control knob
