We received our product on August 6, 2020, purchased from Amazon. When watching Netflix or Prime Video the sound is horribly distorted, it just makes loud clicking, static sounds. It's fine when watching Youtube TV or YouTube. Cannot locate a serial number anywhere on the product or box. Please advise.
Please try using the Fiber Optic Cable for audio from your TV to the Receiver.

The description of the unit says that it can be used with ultra high definition t.v. Can it be used with standard high definition t.v.?

Does this unit support ARC HDMI?
This unit is not supported with ARC feature
I need to use an IR remote extender. I found one that's USB powered. Will it work plugged into the USB port on this receiver.
We have never tried using a Remote extender to our unit. We would say no.
