Hi Support, we are installing a new PT8050CH, we found that speaker channel 1 & 2 no sound output, but channel 2-8 all ok, please advise
Ther may be an issue with the amp as all of the channels should have outputs

Bluetooth will not connect on my new PT8050CH 8 channel mixer. The user manual does not match what I see on my unit. Please help
Press Mode Button and locate Bluetooth and then start to pair your mobile device

This amps bluetooth transmitter is acting weird. After initial launch it works just fine. If i disconnect my device from the amp i am unable to reconnect. In fact, it seems to quit broadcasting any BLE as it can't be found from third party BLE scanning apps. I have to turn the amp off and back on multiple times in order to get the BLE to broadcast again. Its becoming quite a pain to deal with. Could you plz advise if there are any reset options or trouble shooting that can be done.
There is no reset on the unit for the Bluetooth. Please ensure that there is no other device connected that may prevent you to connect via Bluetooth. If there are other devices connected go over the Bluetooth settings and click forget on all the devices then try to reconnect your phone to the unit again

Yes AUX 1 sends a signal to all 8 channels

How many rms watts per channel at 4 ohms does this amplifier produce ? Also I want you to send me the manual with all the details about this amplifier.

Unit will not turn on. I checked the power cord-it is securely connected to the back of the unit as well as the electrical outlet. I plugged a different device into the outlet and confirmed that it is working. My unit is the 12 channel amplifier. PT12050CH
Have you tried to check the power cord or replace the power cord with a different one.
Check the Fuse directly below the power socket behind the amplifier.
If these are all good then it is an internal issue That needs to be checked by our service technician -

The fuse compartment is directly below the Power socket.

I have 7 sets of ceiling mounted speakers in 7 rooms (left and right stereo per room). This looks like it will not work for me as it looks like each channel is just for one speaker, not the pair. Am I missing something? What product would you recommend? Maybe I need 2 units(?)
You can use a combination of PT8050CH and PT6000CH

How do you turn the Voice Activated setting "Off". The unit is working fine when our preacher talks, but when someone with a softer voice talks, the mic acts like it is muted until they speak up a little. This is on both channels that I have mics plugged in to.
The button for mic priority is on the lower far Right side.

How do I hook up wired subwoofer?
Are you referring to the powered subwoofer? If so, you can use the LINE OUT at the back of the unit.

Just connected for the first time. Channels 1234 work fine. Channels 5678 have no output.
