Just simply turn the unit off and let it cool down and turn it back on

simply have everything powered on and it should connect the wireless mic to the unit

I tried disconnecting the Roku I still get the static I still get the static whether I'm using HDMI ot any other type of audio.. I grounded all the wires and changed the wires from 16 gage to 14 gage as well. What ciuld be causing the satic? Any suggestions?
If you hear the static on any modes. There may be a problem with the amp itself since you also have tried grounding the unit

I have my amp hooked up to my Roku for karaoke mics are hooked up using the Bluetooth but I keep hearing static and popping sounds what could be causing it?. It does it with or without the mics being used.
Try to disconnect the Roku and observe if you will still hear the Popping sound

I’m trying to sing karaoke using video/sound input through hdmi 1 and then the microphones that came with the unit. The streaming audio and video is working fine via hdmi 1 but the unit isn’t mixing in the audio from the microphones - or at least it’s not audible. How do I have both the wireless microphones and streaming video/audio work together?

With only the speakers plugged in, I get a 60hz humming sound with the volume at anything higher than 0. As soon as I decrease to 0, I hear a relay click in the amp, and the humming stops.
Ther should be only one speaker per channel and the impedance should be at least 4 to 8 ohms each. Speaker wires should be at least 14 to 16 AWG. If the issue continues, please check the warranty options

Connect satellite speakers individually to each channel of the PT888BTWM
If the Subwoofer is a powered Sub use the RCA Sub Out at the back of the PT888BTWM
If it is a passive subwoofer. Use the SW speaker terminal for the Subs -

It is just the same unit. The .5 is just a manufacturing batch code

Red code showing on screen when on arc more and it makes this whirring sound from front speakers..I just got this model from amazon.
ARC mode Shoulds be ON on both TV and Receiver. Also, try replacing HDMI Cable. If whirling sound continues. Please contact the seller for replacement

Will this amp be too powerful for a set of 2 175 watt speakers and a passive 250 watt subwoofer?
The Amp wattage per channel is around 170 watts, it's sufficient for the speaker.

I have connected to chromecast via hdmi out. My tv is able cast the songs from chroecast however the two microphones are not working. Please advise?

Why my TV doesn´t recognize the receiver

It been on Protect mode. Turned off and cooled down for 3hrs and still on protect mode. Any other way to reset or to get out of protect mode?

i just received a pt888btwm as a gift and i opined it up and it says protect on the screen at start up, i turned it off exited till next day and it still start up and says protect
Try to remove all the speaker connection and reconnect again.
