I just purchased the PTED06.5 drum machine from Amazon. What is the difference between the PTED06 and the PTED06.5 drum machines?
The difference between the Pyle PTED06 and PTED06.5 is that the PTED06.5 is a refreshed, updated version of the exact same 7-pad tabletop drum kit.
Does this Bass pedal you give below have a piggyback system like the one on the Pyle model? Otherwise, there is only one output.
No — the included PTED06 bass pedal uses a single trigger output and does not have a piggyback/pass-through connection. If the replacement pedal only has one output, that is normal and should connect directly to the kit's bass pedal input.
Hello, do you have any tips for getting the "Drum Wave Maker" software to work? It repeatedly says there is an issue installing the drivers and to turn off and back on the drum, and I haven't been able to add any WAV samples to the drum yet.

I bought the Pyle tabletop drum kit. Like it very much, except for the bass pedal. Ery hard to use, repeats if you dont lift your foot quick enough. Can you recommend a bass pedal replacement that will work with the Pyle set?
Is it made to fit on a snare drum stand like the Yamaha version?
YES it can fit

Great beginner kit
"Was interested in learning drums as a hobby and to have some fun. Don't have much room for a full set of drums and as a total beginner I thought this would be helpful. The Pyle PTED06 drum kit is a great size and the sound of the pads and pedals seem really authentic. The kit comes with everything you need to get started such as the drum sticks and the 2 pedals as well as the unit. There is room in the back for earphones which is really helpful especially as a beginner not trying to disturb others. The only things I thought may make it even better would be for the hi-hat pad to be to the right of the Snare drum pad. Sometimes it doesn't seem like the snare is registering the tap (maybe I'm hitting it too light? Will keep checking this. ) Also it would be nice if they had upgraded pedals. Overall I think it is a well made digital drum set with nice features, some that I didn't even mention on this review because I'm not even using them yet as a beginner. So far 5 stars."

Solid, fun, responsive
"I didn't know what to expect with this unit. I had considered the Yamaha and the Alesis but some genuinely good reviews and demonstrations of the unit on YouTube convinced me to give it a try. I did, and I'm having a lot of fun with it! Build seems very solid, pads are responsive, dynamics track with how hard you hit the pads. I was able to fit it on a larger snare drum stand and that's been doing the trick. Built-in speakers were surprisingly good, clean sound and it can get loud! Most of the time I'm using my headphones and with those on all someone could her is the sticks hitting the pads, which isn't a loud sound - think of hitting a snare drum practice pad. Only criticisms are I feel like there isn't much difference between many of the included drum kits and the pedals aren't super great. But I swapped it out with a sustain pedal from my digital piano and that really did the trick. Bottom line, it's a lot of fun, it's solidly built, and it seems equal to the more expensive Alesis."
