    The adapter is dessigned to fit the 3 prong AC cord just check the proper orientation and insert the plug to the adapter

  • We bought this an year ago. We were using it for 220V output, and the product was working well so far until yesterday it stopped. It seemed the fuse went bad. We changed the fuse and it also went bad within the next use. 2 fuses changed and same result - went off in just one use. What could have gone wrong?
