  • Can i connect speaker to tv.. any wire tell me please

    All of today's TV has either HDMI (ARC) or Optical audio outputs

    You may need to purchase a Digital to analog converter to connect to this speaker

  • Where on the system and how can I add additional antenna wire to boost the Mic range? My Mic cuts off and on around 25 to 30 feet. I own the Model PWMA230.

    There is no option to connect an external antenna as the system has an internal antenna receiver

  • Do I need to run the battery on the system all the way down before plugging it back in to charge, or can I keep it plugged in charging? I don't want to ruin the battery.

    You don't need to run the battery down before charging

  • Sometimes when I turn on the wireless microphone, I get a terrible feedback sound coming out of the speaker. Why is that?

    Make sure to start the volume of the mic at the lowest when turning on the unit and always keep the mic away from the speaker to prevent feedback

  • I have two older PWMA-230s. The instruction manual is not clear what it means when the red recharge light is blinking. Does that mean the unit is still charging? When will I know when the unit is fully charged? Thank you.

  • What is the proper way to recharge the battery on the PWMA 320 BT. The written instructions aren’t clear.

    The initial charge is 4 to 8 hours and the succeeding charge is 2 to 3 hours

  • I recently purchased the PWMA230BT through amazon. How do you stop the hissing noise? When I turn the unit on, it does nothing but “hiss” regardless of what is or isn’t plugged into it, and what the volume levels are at.

    Turn all the volume knobs all the way down to (0) Zero except for the Treble and Bass, keep it at the center.
