    • The heater is only putting out warm air. Doesn't heat very well.

      If it is not reaching the temperatre setting please check your warranty options

    • Yes, I worked at The Home Depot in Winchester Tennessee and we looked this.up yesterday. It's a 7000 BT use and it was 264 today. When I looked it up today, it jumped up to a $100 more. Can you tell me why?

      There are 2 kinds of SLACHT108 one without heat and the other has heat function

      There is no option to have the exhaust go through a wall, as this would require a different type of installation and equipment.

    "I purchased a portable ac unit and recieved it on July 12th, it showed up with a broken caster, I immediately contacted support and explained my problem, a few days later I got a response, they asked to verify my mailing details, and have not recieved any kind of response since, I even sent requests since and asked if they are gonna answere me, and still nothing ! At this point, I feal as though somebody needs to be fired in the so called support program."
