    "Just received product. Haven't used it yet but it has a broken caster wheel. Smashed in shipping. The packaging needs to be improved or leave plastic wheels off and install by owner. Nice looking unit. I will post later after running it."

    "This cools my two bedroom apartment by itself. I do leave it on all day because I have a dog at home. Can easily be moved to another room like the bedroom if you want to be extra cool at night. Love the remote so I don't have to get out of bed when I'm freezing! The vent to the window is only a few inches wide so I get more sunlight too. I will be taking my three window units out now that I have this so I can enjoy the windows again!"

    "After thoroughly researching portable AC units to replace my older unit, I chose this particular unit because of it's compact size and features available. To my surprise, it exceeded all of my expectations. The packaging was excellent and installation a breeze. As soon as I set it up, turned it on and the air was so cold I had to turn it off after ten minutes. It's been a week now and it exceeds my expectations every day. It is a quality item with low noise level and very easy to operate. And the price was right!!"

    Efficient Window AC for Kids Room

    "Bought this unit for my daughters room. It has a tube you connect to the window to vent outside. Also has a remote witch is handy to control one she is sleeping so it doesn't get too cold. Took us maybe 20 minutes to set it up and get it running. The room was cooled within the hour after we started it with the room door closed. it's not bulky like some i've seen."
