    • I bought a Pyle toilet 2 years ago. How do I get a new slide Valve assembly and new seals for it

      There is no slide valve assembly replacement available for the unit. The replacement that is available for this unit is side latch, piston pump, and the cap for fresh and waste water tank.

    HORRIBLE customer service = wasted money and unusable horrible product

    "This company's customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I was honest and let them know that I accidentally dropped the cap that closes off the dumping compartment down a septic tank and needed to purchase a replacement cap. They told me that they can not help me and that their replacement caps are not for sale. If I had been dishonest and told them that the cap was missing when I got the product, they would have sent me a replacement. Now this unit is garbage, and I will need to purchase a whole new unit because transporting this in my car to take it to a dumping station without a cap is not possible. This also took weeks to get this answer."
