    Perfect for at home use

"I recently purchased this ice bath in order to incorporate cold water therapy into my recovery routine. I initially got it I have been preparing for a marathon and I heard it would help with my muscle and joint soreness. After doing some research it was evident that I wanted to incorporate it into my routine as it has so many benefits. It has proven to relieve stress, give a metabolism boost, decrease muscle soreness, provide anti inflammatory benefits, improve mood, aide in heart health, soothe skin and improve sleep. I have experienced all of these benefits first hand. The tub itself is perfect. I can fit in it comfortably. It is easy to set up, just silly inflate and fill. It is sturdy and durable. It is well insulated and has a lid so that it maintains a colder temperature for days."

    — Phillip H. (5/5)

    — Rob B. (1/5)

    Great plunge!! . . . just a little tall.

"Loved this tank . . . but it was a little difficult getting in and out because it is a little tall. Otherwise . . . AWESOME!!"
