After doing some research it was evident that I wanted to incorporate it into my routine as it has so many benefits. It has proven to relieve stress, give a metabolism boost, decrease muscle soreness, provide anti inflammatory benefits, improve mood, aide in heart health, soothe skin and improve sleep. I have experienced all of these benefits first hand. The tub itself is perfect. I can fit in it comfortably. It is easy to set up, just silly inflate and fill. It is sturdy and durable. It is well insulated and has a lid so that it maintains a colder temperature for days."
