I received this for Birthday present. I absolutely love it but it has quit charging. No matter how long I leave it to charge it will not. I really enjoy this it helps so much with my migraines. Please help with this.

Hi, Can you please advise on the peak temperature used during the heat therapy cycle? Is it variable? Thanks in advance. Michael

Are there indentations for where the eye balls sit in the mask? Or does the cloth touch the eyeballs? Also, can I use a USB to wall outlet adapter to power this? I do not want to sit near my computer. Thanks
There is no Indentation in the mask. also, the eye massager is rechargeable so no need to be connected to power while using it
