  • Does the heat pump work regular time than shutting down to a E5 . Or do it run and absorb more moisture in dispenser than the air conditioner

    The unit is not supposed to alternate between running normally and E5 shutdown as part of operation. If you’re seeing that, it points to a fault condition that needs checking (airflow, filters, outdoor unit, sensors, or installation).
