"Helps with blood circulation. Fill the pot full of hot water then close the lid. Helps to quickly heat up Added some eucalyptus to the water and it's a great health treatment"

Great value sauna
"This is a great product for the money, and an economical way to see if a sauna is something you will actually use enough to have a permanent structure installed. This was easy to assemble and works as indicated. I was glad I got the 2-person, just because I think the 1-person would feel a bit claustrophobic (and I am not by nature claustrophobic)."

Overheats, shuts down
"Completely over heats and turns off on its own now"
— Ebony W. (1/5)
Rust issues
"I'll start with the pros it gets hot and you sweat it does feel pretty good. Cons. . . All the metal tubing is coated on the outside but not on the inside and begins to rust immediately after just a couple of uses I took apart the sauna to clean it and the amount of rusty water that came out of the tube frame was insane. To think I'm sitting in there possibly breathing in Rusty steam made me nauseous. I bought this to become healthy not sicker. If you do decide to purchase this I would suggest you treat the inside of the pipes with some sort of low VOC safe paint to prevent the rusting or build a PVC frame instead of this cheap metal one. I decided to give this to one of my employees and told him to build a frame made out of PVC pipe he did and it seems to be working very well."
