    Tall heat for the patio rockers

    "I recently got this heater and was pleasantly surprised that it only took a few minutes to build. It really helps to lay it across two chairs during assembly, as others have mentioned. We mainly use it on our patio, especially when the fire table doesn't quite reach us while we're rocking in our Adirondack chairs. I appreciate its taller height, which keeps visiting toddlers from grabbing the heated parts. The buttons are also higher up to keep out of reach. The tall design is pretty stable from the weighted bottom is definitely a big plus. My daughter helped me with the installation, as her small hands were perfect for reaching inside to pull out the power cord. The heat output is impressive! On the low setting, it's about 750 watts, and on high, it's 1500 watts. I also got the optional cover, which has been a huge help in keeping the heater clean."

    Brand new, does not work.

    "While this product is aesthetically pleasing it doesn't work. Very simple to put together but does not receive power input and as such produces not heat. Not an issue with the heat cells themselves but flat out the plug does not work. Terrible quality control here, buyer beware."

    Heats my deck

    "I ordered this heater because the nights are getting cooler with it being fall weather and it was priced really well . This is perfect for our 10 foot deck as it can heat up to 15 feet it keeps us nice and cozy still warm even on the cooler evenings so we can relax on our back deck still for a little longer in this fall weather. Nice touch buttons or I can use the remote. It looks slim and modern and I feel safe because it has tip over protection where it will automatically shut off if it tips over. Lightweight and Easy to move around."

    It's nice, until it breaks

    "It was a nice heater and worked well for a season. Then the heating coil went out and the company doesn't stand behind their product if its over a year old. It's a hefty price tag for 1 season of use."

    Died after 12 hours of use,

    "Got it for a xmas present, guess what, nice gift, but it died after 12 hours of use, looks like heating element is bad. Hard to reach for customer service."

    Warm heater!! Great for our patio!

    "This is the perfect size for our patio area! It is small enough to move and put away but big enough to keep us warm. There are three modes (low, medium, and high). There is a remote control too. It took less than 5 minutes to attach the couple of pieces that were separates. Easy to install and great price."
