I am having to empty water from this unit every 30 minutes or it leaks out the bottom of the unit. It ruined my carpet. I have another unit and it does not do this. What can I do to stop this?

How do I keep the fan running instead of completely shutting off when the room temperature is reached but still have the compessor come back on when the room temperature goes up?
The Fan should be continuous when the temperature has been reached
How can A/C fan on this unit be set to not shut off when hitting desired temperature. Reason for question is when fan shuts off and back on when trying to sleep it wakes me up.

I purchased this a few days ago. Is there any way to have the cool setting on with the temp at 62 and have it not turn off? So that when it hits the temperature it keeps running instead of shutting on and off.
You can manually set the dersired temperature using the control panel or the remote control
My mother is having issues getting the exhaust adapter into her window frame. I have tried to help her, but have never seen the piece , and haven't seen her window frame, but I suspect the track on her window may be too narrow to fit the adapter? I can't get there to see what needs to be done to make it fit. Presently, she is without a computer. I do not see a support phone number on your site. Is there any way I can get someone to call her to give her better help? Thank You.
