Hello, We bought this product on Amazon 2 days ago & find that the Window Mount Kit that came with it is not Tall enough for our Vertical Sliding Glass Windows. We were referred to you when we asked our questions on Amazon. Here is our question and the answer we received. You asked: "The WIndow Mount Kit is 10 Inches shorter than our Window so where do we Buy an extra piece and clamp to extend it or Which Models of Window Kit Work?"
