    Disappointing performance

    "Why did you pick this product vs others?: Have had it running all night and has hardly cooled the room. The plastic tubing that vents out the window is cheap and it doesn't fit on the couplings that are with the unit. I have had to tape it all on so it doesn't fall off. Returned a faulty unit from a different company but I wished I had that one back because it actually cooled the room. And unlike the last one this filled with water and leaked! The other didn't fill with water unless you used the dehumidifier option. Not pleased at all!"
