Hello costumer service; I got the Air pump, but the box is missing the hose. How can I get it?? Please let me know Elizabeth

The hose was not in the box. Cannot use the pump, please send

The attachment does not work it’s slightly too big
The hose is fit for (SereneLife models: SLPUMP10, SLPUMP20, SLPUMP25, SLPUMP30, SLPUMP50)

hi, i bought this to inflate a kayak, its all good except the tip to tighten into the receiving valve is too large. Do you have a smaller one? If i hold it in place it inflates beautifully. but would love to obtain the smaller tip so i dont have to hold it. thank you Kathy
