Solid safe with many access options
"This is a solid safe that has lots of options for setup when many people need access to it. I have the option to give out user keys to trusted people, to whom I give permission to access safe contents but not create or override passcodes and fingerprint access. I keep the master key for myself which grants access to all of the above. There are duplicates for each key so I have backups. I like having the biometric reader for quick access, so I don't have to carry my key at all times and potentially compromise security if I happen to lose it. I also put in a PIN code for granting quick access to others. I can set up multiple codes and fingerprints which is nice and override/reset them at any time. I worried about losing access if I neglect to keep the battery fresh but there is a safety for that too. If that ever happens, there is a little external booster box which will temporarily power the panel for use. All set codes remain intact so nothing is lost. It's a nice safe, compact in size for smaller valuables and feels secure. It comes with all the mounting hardware needed to secure it. It also has feet that can be installed if it need to be movable."

Perfect size for small valuables
"This safe is a must in our household. We have young children in the home and do not want certain things laying around or even hidden where they could possibly find it. This safe keeps those things out of their hands and the hands of others. It can be kept in a place where it can be accessed quickly if needed, but not worry about little hands touching it. There are several ways to access this safe when needed. The quickest way to access it would be fingerprint, No key is needed to fumble around with to unlock it, however a key is provided in case that is what you wish to use. There is also a keypad you could use with a numeric code to open the safe. All are very handy; it's just a matter of what your personal choice is or what you think will be easiest to unlock. The safe is very hefty and made of quality steel material, it will resist any kind of scratching or corrosion. This safe is the perfect size for money, jewelry or other valuables. The safe comes with bolts so it can be attached to one location, with this addition the safe won't be able to be just picked up and carried off."

No manual, keys don't work, vendor query form doesn't work-- useless
"No product manual included , unless it's inside the safe, which cannot be opened because the keys don't work, unless there is a special method to using the keys mentioned in the manual, which may be inside the safe. , which cannot be opened, because. . . well. . . you get the drift. Tried to get help from seller's online form but that doesn't work either. You can have it back, folks."

"This is a great little secret keeper. It's black so it Blends right into the darkness it's got a well let's screen and of course I have my backup keys just in case. It's perfect my personal things like my passport my social security card and of course a bit of cash for emergencies. . I got a spare one for my camper."

fingerprint works perfectly fine
"This safe is well made and was easy to set up. The instructions it came with were very easy to understand. The fingerprint function works flawlessly as well as pushbutton code. And if those fail, it came with two back up keys. It does require AA batteries, and the LCD display will let you know when the batteries are running low so you can change them before they die and lock you out. It comes with wall mounting hardware and a faraday bag. Great little safe!"
